Welcome
Former PPS To H.E Grace Akello
Former PPS Akello Grace, she supported us both financially & morally, one time she saved us from serious starvation back in 2011 when no one knew about us yet. She is one of the reasons we are here today.
PPS To H.E The Vice President-Uganda
Thank you very much for the moral support you gave us, to help us stand through the rough seas

Tuesday 28 December 2021 - This is the day we lost a son, a brother, a pillar of ASRP Family Jesse Wamala

When: Tuesday 28 December 2021
Location: ASRP Memories
At ASRP’s technical team, the late Jesse Wamala was a part timer, he was with us on Dec/23/2011. He informed us of a severe headache, we checked his temperatures, they were high. However he had come with medication for Malaria, and had been on medication for some few days. command told him to leave his post and go have rest in one of our workshop rooms. He rested for 3hrs, came out, then he requested command to head back home early, we asked him to wait and we have one of our vehicles drop him, he insisted that public transportation is fine with him.
Then he left; Jesse never had a phone, he was in his final year at high school, days elapsed without him returning back, since we never had communication, we assumed, since its his final year in high school, he may have entered school early, and he is likely to be busy. We assumed nothing was wrong because Jesse had our contacts at ASRP. Two months later we were informed Jesse Died on Dec/28/2011 five days after he left the workshop. He was a son of ASRP, he was one of the pillars of ASRP’s future, even if Jesse is gone, deep in our hearts, he will always be part of our team.
At ASRP it hurts much that we never managed to try saving one of our own when he was admitted in hospital days after he left, We could have taken him to a better hospital had we been notified, we all never attended his funeral ceremony; we never said a last goodbye to our son, our friend, a brother, neither did we try to save him, we were late by two months. Wherever you’re Jesse; We are sorry Jesse, We are really sorry, we didn’t know, we will always treasure you, always son, always! May his soul rest in peace, ASRP will execute preparations to visit his family.
